The main aims of the group are to:

• Continue to improve our flocks by recording and scanning our lambs;

• Increase the number of producers both locally and nationally who will seek to purchase our recorded sheep for breeding;

• Market our sheep using every available resource; and
• Have Estimated Breeding Value (EBV) workshops for all the local Society members, and prospective members, to encourage them to join us in using the technology, and to encourage their usage of our recorded sheep to create a larger pool of recorded sheep in Lewis.
